Where LEED meets luxury: Catch our system on tour at Greenbuild 2025

We are excited to share that one of our LA projects has been selected as a featured tour at this year’s Greenbuild conference! These tours go beyond the conference walls to showcase sustainability in action and offer attendees the opportunity to gain deep insights into LEED projects.

This walking tour stops at four different destinations, including:

✨ A first look inside the new Hermès Beverly Hills Maison, where sustainable luxury takes center stage

✨ A behind-the-scenes tour of the LEED Gold Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, featuring Epic’s onsite water reuse system

Look for “Bespoke Sustainability: Exploring Iconic LEED Landmarks of Beverly Hills” when you register for Greenbuild. Space is limited for the pre-conference activity happening Monday, November 3. We hope to see you there!
