An Epic toast to water reuse

San Francisco Climate Week brought together a diverse group of organizations, companies, government, and the wider community through a series of events that highlighted climate action and innovation. To celebrate, Epic hosted an exclusive happy hour for leading practitioners in the sustainable design and construction worlds, along with top voices from academia and government. Perched on the 40th floor of Fifteen Fifty, a luxury apartment building from Epic client Related California, attendees enjoyed panoramic views of the city and sampled our Epic OneWater Brews made with highly purified recycled water from within the very same building!

Highlights of the evening included:

📣 Remarks from Tyrone Jue, Director of SF Environment, and Mark Schwettmann, Principal at SOM and the design director for Fifteen Fifty.

🍺 A blind taste test of our Epic OneWater Brew compared against industry giants Bud Light and Stella Artois. We are proud to say that our recycled water brew was overwhelmingly the crowd favorite!
